Due to the fire marshall shutting down the high school this morning due to an insufficient water supply, Dr. Rocco has ordered the building closed for all of today, July 16th.  Therefore, tonight’s marching band rehearsal has been canceled.  Although I am not sure how many people will be able to attend, I have rescheduled the rehearsal for Friday, July 17th, at 5:30.  We will be done at 8:30.  I feel that it is important that we have one final rehearsal before camp starts on Monday to go over what the students need for camp, to pass out a copy of the drill for “Ride” as well as the wind parts to “From the Earth to the Moon” and “Eternal Father”.

Please pass this on to as many students and band parents as possible.  I will attempt to call as many of the students as I can once it gets a little later in the day.  (Jane- Can you put something on the District website about the rehearsal channges?)

If any of you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me via  email.  I would appreciate it if the band staff would respond as to whether or not you can attend rehearsal tomorrow night.  Have a good day!
