September Fundraiser Package!

Below you will find information on multiple September fundraiser programs.  These efforts offer a great opportunity to add to student “points” account.  The dollars in the account can be used to help defray the costs of MIGS, band trips, and other student expenses.

September 2010 Fundraising

  1. Hoagie Sale – Lampert’s Market.  The hoagies will sell for $6.00 and the pizzas will sell for $6.50.  The students will earn $2.00 for each item sold.  Orders are due to your area parent by Thursday, September 9th and will be delivered on Tuesday, September 21st at 6 PM.
  1. Fall Mum Sale – These are 8” hardy mums and will sell for $6.00 each.  The Students will earn $2.00 for each mum sold.  Orders are due to your area parent by Tuesday, August 31st and will be delivered on Saturday, September 18th at 10 AM on the cafeteria side of the parking lot.
  1. Joe Corbi Family Favorites – The attached books contain a variety of items. The students will earn $4.00 for each item that they sell.  Orders are due to your area parent by Thursday, September 23rd and will be delivered on Tuesday, October 5th at 6 PM.
  1. Spaghetti Dinner and Flea Market – September 25th at Central Highland United Methodist Church.  The flea market will begin at 9 AM and the Spaghetti Dinner will be from 4 PM thru 7 PM. Tickets will be distributed to each student and cost $7.00 for adult & 5.00 for children.  We are asking each student to sell a minimum of 5 tickets and to also donate a dessert item.  Please see the attached flyers for more information on both the Spaghetti Dinner and Flea Market.
  1. Enjoy Books – Please continue to use the attached form to begin taking pre-orders.  The books will be available for distribution starting August 31st.  Each book sells for $27.00 and the students will earn $7.00 for each book sold.
  1. Sheetz Coupons – These coupons sell for $4.00 each.  They do not have any expiration date and are good at over 365 Sheetz locations.  The students will earn $1.00 for each coupon sold.
  1. Sarris Candy Bars – The candy bars are packaged 32 to a box and sell for $1.00 each.  The students will make $.50 for each candy bar sold.  Candy bars will be available for distribution starting on Tuesday, August 24th.  They must be paid for at the time of pickup.
