October 2010 Fundraising
EF MARCHING BAND
1. Wendy’s Spirit Night – Wednesday, October 6th from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at the Wendy’s on Route 51 in Pleasant Hills. You do not need a coupon or flyer to present, just show up and the band boosters will receive a percentage of your purchase. Please invite your family, friends and co-workers to support this event.
2. Hoagie Sale – Galiffa’s Gourmet Subs and Pepperoni Rolls. The hoagies will sell for $7.00 & the Pepperoni Rolls for $3.50 & $3.75. The students will earn $1.50 for each hoagie sold & $.75 for each pepperoni roll. Orders are due to your area parent by Saturday, October 2nd and will be delivered on Thursday, October 14th at 6 PM.
3. Yankee Candle – The attached book contains a variety of items. The students will earn 35% of their total sale into their points account. Orders are due Thursday, September 30th and the delivery will be around October 19th.
4. Popcorn Palace – The attached pamphlet contains a variety of popcorn items. The students will earn 40% of their total sale into their points account. Orders are due to your area parent by Thursday, October 14th and the delivery will be around November 2nd.
5. Pizza Hut Fundraiser Night – Wednesday, October 20th from 11 AM to 10 PM. You will need to present the attached flyer when paying for your order. The band boosters will receive a percentage of your purchase. Please invite your friends, family and co-workers to support this event.
6. GFS Marketplace Fun Funds Program – see attached flyer. Please complete bottom portion and either mail or take it to GFS in Pleasant Hills to be signed up. You will receive a membership card and when you shop at GFS the band boosters will receive a percentage of your order as a rebate. Anyone in your family can sign up for this program and additional flyers are available.
7. Enjoy Books, Sheetz Coupons and Sarris Candy Bars will be available for pickup after practices on Tuesday and Thursday or at any fundraiser pickup.
