Spaghetti Dinner ~ Important Message

Band Parents:

 

It is that time again, for the
band to have their annual February spaghetti dinner.  The dinner will be
on Saturday, February 11th at the Central Highlands
church from 4-7pm.

 

The pastor of the church has given
us permission to have a Chinese Auction and a 50/50 included with the dinner,
so if you have a spare basket lying around your basement or garage, we are
asking that you donate it to the band, some will be used at the dinner and the
others will be used at the indoor show.

 

As in the past, we would like each
family to supply a cutable dessert for the dinner.

 

And, in an effort to maximize the
profit the band will realize from the dinner without raising the cost of the
dinner tickets, we are asking for your support to help defray some of the
costs.  We are asking that each family donate $5 to help with the paper
products – the money can be given to Mr. Turpin or Stephanie no later than
February 1st or bring your money and basket to the booster meeting on Monday,
January 16 at 7:00 – there will be a brief discussion of the dinner included in
the meeting.
